Return Policy

At Liora Dublin, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled and the conditions that apply.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically delivered to you.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on clothing is allowed, but items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Products that are intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them are not eligible for return.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

First, contact our customer support team by sending an email to info@lioradublin.com within 14 days after receiving your order.

After your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our international supplier along with further return instructions.

The item must then be shipped back at your own expense, including any shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information (Track & Trace). This helps ensure the package can be monitored during transit.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return facility and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability

Chloe & Oliver Melbourne is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
